The Chicago Basketball Academy is a company that prepares individuals for the business side of basketball. From marketing and sponsorships, to team and player management, individuals learn how to use their skills to obtain jobs in the field as fans, players, coaches, managers, executives and team owners.

CBA provides individuals with various career opportunities in the field of basketball. Being a first-class company that's dedicated to teaching individuals how to master their basketball skills, yet helping them obtain or sustain careers in the field.

Founded by Damond Williams in 2013, the company has quickly become the go-to destination for basketball enthusiasts in the city and beyond. CBA offers a variety of programs and services, including individual and group development, business education, athletic excellence and global programs for basketball enthusiasts.

Over the past ten years, CBA has extended its reach to implement basketball programs in over seven countries including: Poland, Japan, Morocco, Finland, UAE, Columbia, Portugal and France, uniting communities through the love of the game.
