What are your refund terms?

 

CBA offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all transactions that are made with cash, checks, and credit or debit cards.

 

What If I need to cancel a session or program?

 

CBA requires a 24 hour notice prior to the start of the next session or program, or a cancellation fee may occur.

 

How can I request a refund?

 

Simply email CBA info@chicagobasketballacademy.org for same day processing (for check, credit or debit may take 5-7 business days to show in your account). In the event of starting a new session or program, a full refund cannot be issued.
